DS-2CD2442FWD-IW lost connection with main stream

Hi
We have got some problems with 1 camera - every 20-40 seconds our video server(marcroscop) lost connectrion with main video stream.
I test ping for 3 days - no packets lost to this camera.

What shall we do to fix this problem?

Sounds like a faulty or failing power supply or maybe a bad connection due to corrosion.

I check for 3 days ping this camera - no packet lost.
If power supply problems - ping will lost packets yes?

Not necessarily - it could not have enough power to send an image, but still be able to be pinged. Kinda like a car with the engine turned on but no transmission - you aren't going anywhere, but the engine is running and you can use the radio.

If there is problem with power - will camera write something into log?

Most of them do not. Only way to check is to try a different power source.

Is the camera going through a router to get to your video server? If so, maybe it is congestion on the router causing it that wouldn't be found by pings either.
