DS-2CD2542FWD-IS / iVMS-4200 / line crossing

Hi,

my cam has version v5.4.1 build 160525 and the iVMS-4200 v2.5.1.7 build 20160830.
My problem is, that I can configure only one virtual line for the line crossing alarm although the manual states that I should be able to select up to 4 virtual line IDs.
Does someone know this problem? Is it a problem of the iVMS software or the cam?

The number of individual line rules you could create with your camera was reduced from 4 down to 1 in one of the v5.3.x firmware releases, or perhaps v5.4.0. The manual is a little out of date.

Memory and performance optimisation was the reason given if I recall correctly.
