DS-2CD2T42WD-I5 video loss

Hello guys,
I need some help with my hikvision DS-2CD2T42WD-I5 ip cam
The problem is that the cam use to work normaly but yesterday it showed discontinued footage and died on me. I tried connecting it to my laptop but no luck there, i just cant access it throw its assigned ip or its default ip. Any suggestion?

Were you using it poe? If you have a 12v power supply do any ir lights come on when plugging it in?

I was using it POE. When connected to my laptop i used a 12v power supply and both iris lights are on

Can you use the sadp tool to check if it sees it?

I did that but no results, sadp shows no active cams

I'm not familiar with that camera so I don't know if there is a factory reset or not. Hopefully someone more familiar with it can add to the discussion.
