DS-2CD3135F-IS email getting reset

Sorry for my English.
I bought Hikvision DS-2CD3135F-IS on Ali.I have multilanguage soft version V5.3.3 bulid 150514, codec V7.1 build 150613. I have a problem with this camera. Everything works fine except sending email alerts. Test email is OK, but when moton detection or cross virtual line and I chose send email the camera reseting after detect alarm. Camera reset all time when traing sent alarm email with fotos. Anybody have this problem? Resolve?

The camera is for Chinese market and hacked with Multilanguage firmware

Have you contacted the seller?

Reset it back to its default settings and start again?

I wrote to the seller no feedback yet. Reset to default not help I trayed many times. Test email without fotos work ok. Only with photos getting restart

Re installing the firmware would be my first call but being a hacked cam I couldnt tell you how to do that sorry.
