It looks to be in place properly but is really stubborn and I'm very wary of using tools for leverage against plastic. Any suggestions ?

I went from gripping it like Arnold Schwarzenegger while trying to avoid crushing it, to just using 2 finger-tips and it moved easily. A firm grip must bind it up I guess.
