DS-2CD3T47EWD-L convert to English

Hi, anyone know how to reflash DS-2CD3T47EWD-L to english? It does not support ssh or telnet access in the camera settings, it is running the below version:

Fimware: 5.5.53 build 180716
Encoding Version: V7.3 build 180712

Some cameras SSH are disabled by default. In menu under Security or whatever chinese symbol for security is there is SSH slider

Or just use SDK Demo and enable ssh there.

Thanks, I have tried the batch config tool, also translated the chinese text, there is no option for telnet or ssh, not even during a restart of the camera probing port 21 and 22.
