DS-2CD6D54FWD-IZHS - 4 camera Pixelation help

Recently installed this camera. I have all streams working in BI, however everything is pixelated and it doesn't show a clear image any help would be appreciated!

Make sure hardware acceleration is turned off at the global level in BI.

Thanks for the help - I disabled and rebooted cameras and same thing

Switch in the camera GUI the encoding from H265 to H264.

I did that and also changed limit decoding unless required and that fixed it thanks! greatly appreciated!
