DS-7104N-F1/4P Problem to activate by Hik-connect

Hello,

I just bought the hikvision device : NVR/DVR reference: DS-7104N-F1/4P everything is OK except that I can't access by smartphone to my NVR from external network !!!

I think that the reason is the hik-connect is offline can you help me ?

Please find in attached file the capture of IVMS-4200 hik-connect parameters et stickers serial number on my device.

What's wrong ? Hik-connect server ? code ? please help me or firmware (V3.4.93 build 170703)
