did it work ok after the upgrade ?
are the menus remain in english ?

Thankyou! I have a DS-7108N-SN/P with AARR in the serial number. My unit reverted back to chineese when I tried flashing a new firmware to it. I have tried a lot of firmwares but none has worked properly. This one did, you saved my day. Now everything is in english (console and web gui) and it works properly with iVMS. I flashed it using TFTP.

My NVR looks like dead after this firmware, Red and flashing blue light on NVR. Cant see it on network anymore.
