DS-7604NI-SE/P - UPnP Ports not valid

I've managed to update it to the latest firmware that I've found 2.3.12, and I'm trying to setup ddns.
It doesn't support hikconnect so I'm trying to use another provider such as no-ip.

On the UPnP ports page on the NVR the ports are marked as "Not Valid" (they are all default).

I've checked on the router (Verizon Fios 3100) and the UPnP is enabled. The NVR is the only device connected to the router.

What more can I check to make this work?

uPNP doesn't always work I would just manually port forward 8000 to the ip address of the NVR.

The routers DDNS service might be more user friendly also than using the built in DDNS on the NVR.

Probably worth an upgrade to a newer NVR that supports Hik-connect however as iVMS-4500 support has been stopped and Hik-connect is easier for an end user.
