DS-7608NI/E2/8P reset password

my friend have DS-7608NI/E2/8P firmware V3.3.1 build150422, and he has forgotten the password, how can I reset it? :sad:
 
with firmware V3.3.1 build 150422 does not work tool, now I have written to support Hikvision and they said:

""The software version of your device is3.3.1, which is a new version and requires new method to reset password.
Attached please find the Quick Guide file which will guide you to reset password.
Send me your device key file, you will receive a encrypt file.""

How long did it take for Hikvision to return the encrypted file ?
 
unfortunately after the email instructions, I sent the file key, but still have not recived the encrypted file
 
I resent the key file, turned left the nvr and entered the new encrypt file received, reset OK :)
