DS-7608NI refused support from hikvision

i bought a used nvr DS-7608NI no admin pass
but I was refused support from hikvision is there a way round it?
I tried the generation tool but got a message//failed to reset password service denied

download tftp and reflash the firmware to remove the password.

hikvision don't support grey markt devices.
