DS-7616NXI-K2 upgrade failures

Hey,

I would like to update my NVR DS-7616NXI-K2 from version V4.76.005 build 231012 to newest available on HikConnect website (v4.82)

After downloading it from the official website, I have tried upgrading via:

• Webpage (Safari, Chrome)
• IVMS-4200
• Batch configuration tool

still I am constantly getting upgrade issues (ex. in IVMS it always crashes on 16%)

Firmware:V4.76.005 build 23101
Coding: V5.0 build 230831
Hardware version: V5.0 build 230831
Web plug-in: V4.0.1 build 230906
Plugin version: V3.0.7.500

Could you please advise how to successfully conduct the upgrade process and whether it is worth it - currently in Web GUI I have no preview possibility on my OS X?

Maybe universe is telling you something? Does it work? Will you use cloud storage which is stated as added in newer firmware? If not what's the point?

Id try internet explorer with plugin installed(windows), and if that doesn't work, Serial + tftp.
