DS-9664NI-I8 Unsupported Stream Type when viewing >4 streams

Hi, I've been googling about and not finding and answer to my particular problem. My NVR shows my cameras just fine when I limit it to 4 screens, but if I try to do more, it starts showing them as unsupported stream type. I've been playing around with the settings some but have had no luck. When showing more than 4 streams at once does it switch to transcoded or substream?

My setup:
NVR: DS-9664NI-I8
Cameras: DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZHS8/P

Usually when viewing more camera's at once then it will be showing as "substream". When bringing up full screen then it will be in "mainstream". Substream will usually be at a lower resolution. The next thing to double check would be the encoding type. Having it on H265 or H265+ will save on bandwidth due to everything being compressed more. Make sure the NVR and camera are set to the same.

Great thanks, that did it. For some reason from the NVR I was unable to change the stream type and it was greyed out on MJPEG. I logged into the camera and changed substream type to h264 and all was good
