May not be in the right place, however we have a Hikvision DS-KD8002 connected with the secure door module DS-k2M020. It is connected via RS485 and works via manually unlocking 'Lock 2' on IVMS however there seems to be no way to set this Lock 2 to be the default.

Whenever you scan a card or unlock it via sip, it unlocks the internal relay in the intercom.

Has anyone had experience with this as it seems to defeat the point of having a secure door module.
 
¿Hola cómo estás? Tengo un kd8002-vm y conecté un k2m060 a través de rs485 para abrir una segunda puerta. El problema que tengo es que conecto un lector de tarjetas al k2m060 vía wiegand pero cuando paso la tarjeta no abre la puerta, solo puedo hacerlo desde pantallas internas desde unlock 2
 
Hello, how are you? I have a kd8002-vm and I connected a k2m060 via rs485 to open a second door. The problem I have is that I connect a card reader to the k2m060 via wiegand but when I pass the card it doesn't open the door, I can only do it from internal screens from unlock 2
