DS-KH6320-TE1 cant connect through "Hik Connect remotely"

Hi all,
I have an interesting one that has myself and a few others stumped, not sure if this should go in here or networking.
The setup.
CCTV System is all running on its own (CCTV) VLAN, with access to the WWW and intervlan routing enabled
NVR - Avigilon PC​
5 x Hik cameras of various ages / series​
1 x DS-KH6320-TE1 Indoor station​
1 x DS-KB8112-IM Door Station​
All cameras are connected to and recording happily on the Avigilon server. I can remotely access them from the App.

The Indoor station is connected to the Door Station as a "Villa" series and works well.
I have also connected several of my other cameras as "Network Cameras" and can view them perfectly.

The Indoor station is set up for Hik Connect and I can connect to it no problem when I am connected to my home WiFi(Secure Vlan). However once i am connected to Mobile data or anywhere external to my home network I get "Network Unstable" errors when trying to connect to either the door station or the network cameras. Which as a test I enabled Hik Connect on and all of them connect perfectly whether I am on the Home WiFi or coming in from the WWW.

Has anyone seen anything like this and been able to resolve it?
