[DS-KH6320-WTE2] All upgrades after V2.2.12_build230408 firmware are failing

I am currently using firmware version V2.2.12_build230408 on my DS-KH6320-WTE2 indoor stations.

When attempting to update the firmware from this page:

I receive a "Firmware failed" error for any version beyond V2.2.12_build230408.

My current firmware is functioning properly, but I am curious about why the update is failing.

Does anyone have any insights or suggestions?

too big of a jump, get 2.2.24 first, then continue with newer

Avoid upgrading firmware for no reason. People stop by here all the time, who lose functionality after some feature goes away.

I always upgrade one version at a time. I never jump to the latest one. Version 2.2.24 isn't working either.

I agree with you. It was out of curiosity since it worked fine until v2.2.12.
Now, what if there's a security issue and we can't upgrade to the latest version?

No

I'm in contact with the Hikvision support since a month about this. They are still unable to help. I'm pretty disappointed to be honest.
