DS-KV6113-WPE1(B) flashing / blinking after upgrade failure

I have a DS-KV6113-WPE1(B) were the button is now blinking after a failed upgrade. It is not visible on SADP and I have also copied the digicap file directly to the SDCARD but I am still unable to complete the upgrade or see the doorbell on the network.

Any help would be appreciated or is it now totally bricked

Bricked, prepare serial cable and TFTP

SDCARD on door unit is still "reserved", i don't believe it has any function yet that we can use.

Indeed, got it working by using Serial cable and TFTP...
