Hi i have DS-KV8103-IME2 door station with one DS-KH8340-TC2 and a DS-KAD709.
All was working good but now the door station it isn't recognized. If i touch the call button nothing happens. If i power off and on again it turn on the lights, then the background turns red if i touch the call button nothing happens. There is something that i can do to factory reset or flash again the firmware?
I have tried the TFTP method but without luck. I can ping 192.0.0.64 but nothing happens and the firmware is not loaded.
The station has RS485, should i be able to flash with it?
Does it have a serial port internally?
