Hello, I have the hikvision DS2CD2655FWD-ISZ camera and am having a real bad time with the sound quality, its connected to the router via 48v POE injector and I have a video mic connected to it via a 3.5mm plug to 3.5mm socket but no matter what audio format I select on the configutation page I get really bad sound quality with alot of static sounding noise but can hear audio through the noise. Also it only has a line in option, it even does it with the mic disconnected, is this a common issue.
