Dust specs on lens?

I have this kit HX-EKIQ41T44
And on one of the cameras located at front porch I notice these three specs in the image whenever the porch light comes on.

Is there any way to clean this if they are inside the front lens covering? I cleaned the outside surface thoroughly and they still remain visible so I don't think it's on the outer surface.

I do not think that is dust, I think it is reflection glare when the light comes on! I get that as well on a PTZ as it approaches a light. One dot, two dot, three dot, then disappears as I pan past it.

Yup, agree. Reflections based on light paths & angles.

Thanks guys. I never considered reflection, I suppose it's the same that happens with regular camera lenses in presense of bright light like the sun.

I'll try reorientung the camera slightly to see if i can minimize it. Otherwise now that I know what it is, it's not too worrisome.
