I purchased and installed a QC View professional surveillance system (version 1.11.1) with 8 hard wired outdoor cameras in 2017. It includes a QC PC-NVR (version 2.144) with 16 channels. The system worked well for over 3 years, but now I am having problems. The message I get from the system is that the DVR is offline. The DVR has power going to it and the cameras are detecting motion as I can see the red light on each camera come on when motion is detected. I don't know how to place the DVR back online. Can anyone help? My knowledge of camera systems is very limited, so I would appreciate any feedback in laymans terms. Thank you in advance for your help.
