Easy question - port range for remote viewing

Long time BI user, and everything was working fine until I got a new router and forgot(!) how to properly forward BI ports for external viewing. I had been using 8081 in the past, but can't seem to get that to work. My router is an Arris BGW-320 from AT&T, so no UPnP

I have watched many videos and read many articles on my specific router brand, but I just plain forgot one simple step. Everything is fine in the BI wizard until I get to the external port test ("operation timed out") and BI app viewing works fine on LAN, port 8081.

Well somehow I got it working with the settings above. Not sure if there something to do with the 30 minute external IP refresh?

Or maybe because I added a rule for the BI server to also open port 81 in addition to 8081?
