Ecobee has entered the doorbell camera foray with their own new product. It's only 1080P and some services are subscription based, but it is compatible interfacing with their ecobee thermostats as viewing screens which is interesting and unique.

Specs say 1920 x 1080 and 4:3 aspect ratio which doesn't gee-haw, IIRC....1920 x 1080 is 16:9, right? Maybe they trim/distort it to fit 4:3.
