I just got my dealer/installer email yesterday from them. They're actually asking 200.00 a piece for 2032 cams unless your an elite member for 50.00 a month!! They must not be paying attention to how prices on these cams are going from trusted resellers.

I used to have a lota love for Empire, but there seem to of been a lot of changes in the last year or so... elite membership being just one

Still... I'm sure that they know the market better than I / we do, and have a business plan that designed to succeed, which reminds me...got to remember to unsubscribe from their mailing list.

I paid $135 for a 2032 from Wrightwood, had it 2 days later with free shipping. They now have 1-year warranty on their cams. Been happy with them so far.

Bought some Dahua from empire, they were fairly easy to deal with, but soon after they started pushing their rebranded cams more. I think that is why the "real" cams are more expensive from them.

Yeah i've begun to start dumpimg my Empire cams for Hik/Dahua cams. To me just looking and dealing with Hik and Dahua cams, the overall satisfaction is better than Empire OEM cams .I can't see paying a 50.00 a month membership fee to purchase cams that I can get at regular price for their membership price from another vendor.

I never bought an empire cam but last I checked they had really good prices on varifocals. Now that they want a membership fee I would drop them like a hot potato though
