I've done that and it's working in BI but the substream is set to 'none' and when I set to default (same as main) it just goes back to none.

You don't make it default. Are you sure it is substream when set to none - that should mean you are running mainstream only.

And then I pressed 'find/inspect' and then it all came up properly.

And that is why I said in Post #20 to hit the find/inspect and let BI do its thing....
