Hello I have an DS-2CD2432 and an DS-2CD2032 camera to play with and I have some problems with the IR functionality.
It seems the smart IR light functionality does not work on any of my two cameras.
As I understand it the IR LEDs illumination would be automatically adjusted to prevent to much IR-light on close objects.
Has anyone got this to work with these type of cameras?
Another function is the Enable IR Light, which unconditionally turns on/off the IR-light I assume.
Using both cameras webinterface this function does not seem to work, however using the PC software iVMS-4200 ver 2.02.03.03
the DS-2CD2432 cameras Enable IR-Light function works but not the DS-2CD2032.
How does this work for others?
The cameras I have both came with the chenglish firmware 5.2.0
