Enable remote notifications with alarm I/O

I'm currently able to remote view and receive intrusion detection alerts via HIK-CONNECT.
NVR is DS-7608-E2+8P and one of my cameras has an I/O interface. All my cameras are setup with motion disabled and intrusion detection enabled.
Is it possible to setup the NVR/cameras to only notify the surveillance station when the alarm input on this specific camera is triggered? The purpose is to receive HIK-CONNECT notifications only when my alarm system is armed (which I will wire to the camera input).

It should be possible.

I still have not used HIK-CONNECT/P2P for push alerts, but that would be no problem when connecting to the camera with fixed IP/DDNS/HiDDNS.
