Error Code 91 only on iPhone iVMS4500

Hello,

i use a HilVision NVR DS7600 with 5 x 3rd Party IPC.

Up to now i was using the iVMS App on my Android HTC without a issue. It was no problem to watch the 3rd Party IPCs.
Now i'm change to a iPhone7 and it's not possible to watch the 3rd Party IPCs. I only receive the error code 91.
When i'm using my old HTC again the 3rd Party IPCs works normally.
And also on my iPad the 3rd Party IPCs works correctly.

So i updated the firmware for the NVR yesterday and after the restart it was possible to warch the 3rd Party IPCs with my new iPhone.
But today i have the same problem.
iPad and HTC have no Problem but iPhone is not working.

Password for the User is correct and i use the same user data on iPad, HTC and iPhone as well.

maybe i found the issue

The 3rd Party camera has no 2nd stream for a fluid video. Only the clear stream is available.
So the iPad and the HTC can show the clear stream and the iPhone shows the error code 91
