Error using Ngrok to access Bi

So use Ngrok to access Bi first time I have seen this error?

Maybe just speed issue because of my location? I haven't used connection since last Bi update.

I am on 5.9.9.25 really only reason I connected today is to make sure connection was still correct. Normally just connect to NVRs or DVRs.

I would think that it would be a speed issue, first thing to do is try from another location with a good solid internet connection. As this appears to be on a phone that would be the first thing to try before getting concerned!
