Hello Everyone,
I bought an ESDV-NVR4K-16 from Nelly's in 2016 and from my understanding they are no longer carrying rebranded Dahua.
Over the last couple years been upgrading with cameras from Andy. I've noticed some strange behavior and was hoping a firmware upgrade would help solve the issues and patch security issues (I do vpn in).
Hoping someone could help me with the equivalent Dahua model.
I've attached a screenshot of the system info.
