Hi,
Two days ago, i've connected a new IPC 5442 S3 to my NVR played with the new UI for a while and then disconnected the camera.
Since then, a camera that I have been using for a while started acting up.
Meaning, the camera becomes offline about once a day for 5 minutes.
When I check the camera logs I see:

IPC details:

NVR details:

I'm far away from the camera and NVR, I visit once a month.
However, I do have VPN and can access the camera and NVR.
I have 4 other Dahua IPCs (connected to the same NVR) and no issue with them.
I tried rebooting the NVR, no change, the camera goes offline once a day for a few minutes.
All connections are with pure copper cat 5e cable.
Is there anything I can do?
Is the NVR port is dying or the IPC itself or the NVR?

Does it actually go offline, as in it does not record to the NVR? Or is it just this message that you are worried about?

Do you have an SD Card installed? I have had random offline events when the SD Card gets full even though I have it set to overwrite. Reformatting the card works for a while, but once I replaced the card I had no more issues.

Yes, it actually goes offline, I can see the NVR is not recording in a few internvals:

No, I don't have an SD card.

Have you tried using a different port? The NVR port may be going bad or wigs out due to heat or something. I just had a port go out on one of my switches that had worked for years. Move the ethernet to the next port over and problem was solved.

this can be cables.. especially loose plugs at the ends (you moved them to change camera).

this can be broken port on switch.. try to use different one...

You can try to test 24 hours cam on short cable...

or switch this camera with a another one in different location around house (different cable)... You will known is this camera or cable...

Thanks, will try this next time I visit there, probably in mid September.

If it goes offline at exactly the same time every day I'd look at the auto reboot setting.
