Example setup for remote FTP camera

Hi,

I need to set up a permanent camera in a remote location with 4g coverage. It will be solar powered and take photos periodically, posting them to a website like a traffic or surf camera would.

Does anyone have any examples of this kind of setup, or which components would be used?
