After installing my new system I've noticed the pixel-based motion detection is triggering many false positives with a tree in the view. I would like to cut down on these by integrating an external PIR or infrared based motion detection.
I have a DS-7600 NVR that doesn't have alarm IO. I have a DS-2CD2042WD-I camera. Is there a way to use a raspberry pi or something with a network connection to trigger an alarm on the camera or nvr to record with a HTTP call or the like?
