I have a couple of cheap ourtoor type cameras mounted on a send story window ledge looking down at my drive. Each camera has only 4 leds and leave quite a bit to be desired as far as picture clarity. What are the opinions of adding an additional IR illuminator to put a little more IR for the cameras to see better?

Note the cheap wide angle one does not come with a power supply; that must be purchased separately. There are many other options for IR illuminators. Just hunt around and find some with good reviews and maybe there are better deals by now. I bought these in Oct 2012 and they are still working.
