Ezviz DB1C no audio in Blue Iris

My DB1C doorbell is not sending audio to Blue Iris (v5.6.2.3). I have it set up as a Generic/ONVIF device, and the video stream is fine. I have also enabled the audio channel. Audio works fine in the EZViz Android app. Any ideas??

Can you test for audio with the RTSP URL in VLC ?

Use the one below or better yet, use the complete URL path as being used in BI ?
(of course, place 2 "/" after "rtsp:", as forum software won't allow 2 to be posted consecutively.....

@David L , what do you think about @itm 's issue?
No audio from Ezviz DB1C to BI but works in Ezviz app and VLC.

I use BI but both my doorbells are Reolink and not the DB1C so I'm limited in my responses to him.
 
I just retired my DB1C. When it worked, the audio was fine in BI.
Are you checking in the BI console, or the web interface? Do you have any other cameras with audio?

I'm checking on the web UI (audio from other cams is fine on the web GUI). The BI server is headless (a VM in the attic, with no speakers connected)
