Getting the hang of it
My Ezviz doorbell used to pop up notifications on my Moto G 5G Plus without me first having to unlock the phone. When I switched to a Samsung Galaxy A54 (running Android v13) it no longer does so. I can hear the alert sound, but I need to turn on the display, unlock the phone using my fingerprint, pull down the notification list, scroll down to the Ezviz notification, and press it. I can then actually see who is at the door. The problem is that, by the time I have pulled my phone out of my pocket and done all of the above, the doorbell has usually stopped ringing.
Has anyone got any suggestions for how I can get the Ezviz to pop up a notification over my lock screen, so that I can tap once to see the camera stream?
