EZVIZ Error while installing Hikvision in Mobile

I installed Hikvision Dome camera in my home. While installing EZVIZ software and tried to add the device, it is throwing an error "The device has already been added to another account. Please delete it from the previous account before continuing.".

Initially i installed in my mobile and recently it got lost. So i tried to setup the same in my new mobile.
Then the above error came.
Model : DS-7104HQI-F1/N
Serial No. 777911986
 
I didnt get any reply. I checked the above link. All having same problem.. but no solution.

You need to use the same account you were using on your first mobile.

Once the device gets added to a P2P account, that account is the owner of that device; you can not just create a new account and add it again.
