Good day. I have two EZVIZ cameras, models CS-H8C and CS-H3C. I'm experiencing challenges removing the Smart marker box from both of them. I disabled it in the Phone app under settings, image settings, Smart Marker Box. I rebooted the cameras, but the box remains. Both cameras have updated software. Am I missing something? Any help will be appreciaed.
