I have some recorders, which i login to by using their WAN ip. Sometimes the WAN ip of that location changes, in that case i could add the serial number of the device to Hik connect, and it showed the new ip adress, however since a few weeks i think. this is not possible anymore. I know there are workarounds like VPN, cloud, DDNS etc
