I noticed that there was a newer firmware for one of my 8A840WANF 4k PTZ camera. The camera was working fine but I did the upgrade anyway. The process went fine, but the new firmware eliminated the ability to log in with Chrome or Firefox. I am a Dahua Star dealer, so I contacted Dahua the see if they could provide me with a previous issued firmware file. There response was no and if I needed to log into the camera to use Edge and the IE compatibility feature. I'm not a Edge or Microsoft fan so that is not a good solution. I have searched the internet for the previous firmware with no luck.
