I have tried Internet Explorer, firefox, chrome, dahua config tool and none work. I can get to 50% in the config tool, chrome shows the progress bar all the way, IE shows just a small bit, but nothing ever takes.
I was trying this firmware because some people were saying it worked well and I have this firmware for a mini PTZ that I also use.

I have seen this thread where someone said you need to step through versions, but I can't find the next version to step to:

And if I go to the dahua website there is only a general file when I'm used to using the firmware named like the above.
It shows: General_SD49XXX-HN_MCU_Market_V2.301.0000000.22.R.190923
I think I read someone saying that is only for the PTZ part, but I can't find where I read that again.
So does anyone have a clue on what I can do to upgrade this cam?

Hi. I have 4 SD49225T cameras bought from Andy. 2 of the cameras for a life of me I can not upgrade firmware. Current version on cameras is : 2.422.0000.0.R.4.2510, Build Date: 2016-09-21. I've tried different versions, direct connection to computer, no antivirus software installed, windows...
And if I go to the dahua website there is only a general file when I'm used to using the firmware named like the above.
