I purchased a DS-2DE4582-AE camera about a year or so ago from an (unauthorized) reseller, who no longer sells them. I'm having an issue where occasionally the IR cut fails to switch from night/day so the picture in the morning is totally washed out (see capture and capture1 attachment) I've tried various setting changes but nothing works except rebooting the camera "fixes" it until it happens days or weeks later again.
I've tried contacting Hikvision to see if I could get warranty repair or a firmware update but they can't help me since I didn't buy from an authorized reseller. Blah.
So, I'm desperate. If anyone out there has this camera and has a current firmware I could get from you, I'd like to try it at the risk of bricking my camera. Or if anyone has any thoughts. I've also attached a screen shot of my firmware version.
