Could use some help please.

I bought 2 - IPC-T54IR-ZE last year.
Decided to factory reset, upgrade firmware. After installing latest .bins on one camera from empire tech site, now don't have audio tabs nor IVS detection. I have restored factory settings 4 times in row. My second cam is fine.
The first version is the working one.
How do I get the working version on other cam.

V2.840.0000000.26.R, Build Date: 2023-12-21

V2.820.0000000.60.R, Build Date: 2023-10-21

Is the GUI the same on both (same color on screen - is it black/orange or blue/white)?

Did the release notes include a fix to a problem you have?

Did you try reflashing the firmware?

What browser are you using? Try Internet Explorer and see if those tabs return.

Forgot to mention one difference after update. I now have to change the from default of 3840x2160 to 4k.
That was new.

Reflashed firmware several times. Camera works ok. but lost mic support Tab, as well as IVS.
Using IE.

@arco , I have the 5442 4MP camera and have the official Dahua v28 Firmware installed (V2.840.0000000.28.R, Build Date: 2024-08-07)

When I did the V2.840.000000.26.R firmware update earlier in the year, I also had to also install the firmware.bin file for the algorithm update. Below is the extract from the Release notes regarding the algorithm update. I have also attached the release notes for v26 and v28 for you. They are from Dahua international site.

I would factory refresh the non working camera and try flashing the main firmware file again. After the flashing has completed, restart the camera and then do the algorithm update (firmware.bin) as suggested below from the release notes.

The official v26 file from Dahua does not appear to have Smart IR.

One of the "optimized features" in the v26 firmware is an updated IVS algorithm: (I am not sure if that is related to the algorithm package (firmware.bin)).

Awesome will try now.
Thanks!

So you flashed it with every .bin file in the update? Some of these have like 3 files you need to flash one at a time.
