I spent about an hour trying to connect to my A26. I tried every phone app and computer program. Finally I used ConfigTool and figured out what all the trouble was. The serial number I was using was wrong. I was scanning the QR code on the box for the serial number and after that wasn't working I thought maybe the camera got put in the wrong box but the serial number on the bottom of the camera matched the box. After trying for a while longer thinking I must be doing something wrong I ran ConfigTool and noticed it was showing a different serial number than the box and camera. Once I had the actual serial number it took two minuets to connect. So if your having problems connecting to your camera make sure you have the correct serial number.
