Foscam

I have a Foscam FI9828P and the Blue Iris found the camera but NO Singal. How do I fix this? Foscam software will work but locks up the pc so I purchased the Blue Iris Software.

Did you make the cam's IP static and on the same network segment / subnet as the BI server?

The default HTTP port for many Foscams is 88, not the normal 80. Up in BI's URL field for the cam's IP try putting :88 (colon 88) at the end of the IP address.

If no joy, please post a screenshot of BI's video config page for the Foscam.
