Is this bad? I have seen these I think before, but sometimes fix themselves. Not sure if this is permanent or if doing something can fix it. Is this going to be considered for a return?

Does it stay fixed when you move the camera? Have you tried viewing from another device? Have you reset the camera? I would return it myself if it is in fact a defect. Wouldn't be so bad if it was on the outside of the view but It's right in the center. What Brand/Model?
