FOV calc help

I have tried multiple FOV calculators to try to figure out what size lens I need in order to get a full view of said building. Not sure if im doing something wrong or the softwares are off. Does anyone have a reliable, easy to use calculator that they can point me to?

Maybe i'm just easly confused but I couldnt understand how to use that one.

I use various angle cardboard cutouts, then carefully sight along the edges from the proposed camera position. Works every time.

These look so crude and unprofessional that I'm embarrassed to show them in public . Ignore the lens size notes, they're for older cameras. All that matters is the angle degrees to be compared against the camera FOV spec.
