FPS mismatch

I am running an Amcrest camera and have the main and sub stream set to 10FPS and 10 key frames. I’m blue iris the main stream shows up as 2.4fps and a key frame rate of .1 but the substream is fine. Has anyone found a way to fix this? Camera is running latest firmware.

Are you running smart codec or any varient other than H264 or H265? If you run it with a + it will do that.

H265 and smart codec is off. Substream works fine. Mainstream is the issue

I have also seen that happen if the power supply is going bad or it is a cheap power supply or the POE switch is running too close to the power budget.

What model is the camera - some models simply do this as well and nothing you can do about it.

Are you running CBR and SVC off?

cbr and svc is off. i rebooted and tweaked the bitrate settings. seems to be fine now. very odd...
