I'm guessing they were filming something for Youtube as when the vehcile goes past the 2nd time you can see the rear hatch glass open.
The positive here is the speed was low, the path takern straight and the guy appeared to be wearing a helmet and some protective gear.

Maybe they were going for the custom spare wheel cover look. You remember the Vitara covers used to have "Rhino Injection". Maybe they wanted a 3D person version of it of a human mating with the rear of the jeep. The Human injection look.
